MM Design was established in 1966 in Koura region, North Lebanon. In its beginnings and during its formative years, MM Design was constructed to perform as a small carpentry and as a small furniture manufacturer and workshop.

Concept Design

We'll develop architectural layouts for your property as we begin to investigate finishes, design styles and influences. We'll create renders and early 3D models describing the volumetric aspects of the design. We'll refine the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials for the floors, walls, furniture etc. while we define the lighting concepts and M&E requirements for final sign off.

Estimation

This initial phase of the project includes preliminary studies of the site or property. We will find out more about you and your design ambitions for the project along with your timescales & budgets, We'll work with you to build a detailed brief and identify your design preferences, as well as a detailed estimation of all the requested activities.

Implementation

With the design signed off, we move onto the Technical Design stage where we prepare a co-ordinated, fully-detailed, technical construction pack for the project, including downtakings on refurbs and all the proposed new details for the build. We'll undertake workshops to review the design proposals with our production team in detail and advise on any specialist sub-tasks elements of the project, assisting them in mobilizing resources as required

Handover

As the project concludes we will visit site to inspect all the works & prepare a schedule of defects if required, We'll suggest remedies for the defects and assist the project manager in preparing and issuing the practical completion of all works. We will make sure to hand-in meticulous finishes and satisfying results.
